With a mechanical engineering background, Simon spent the early part of his career as an estimator with NYC construction companies. Through his industry experience he saw an opportunity to create a company that approached construction a bit differently. Simon built Klaracon by cultivating precision workmanship, clear processes, and a skilled team.
Darragh.
Operations Manager.
Darragh has a leadership role where he implements project management best practices across all the job sites. With a mechanical engineering background, Darragh has a keen eye for detail and a quick-thinking approach to solving problems. He spends his days continually tuned into what’s happening in the field and making sure client’s needs are met.
Raquel.
Finance & HR Manager.
In her role as Finance and HR manager, Raquel seamlessly manages all the accounts as well as any matters relating to hiring and employee benefits. Her exceptional organizational, planning and people skills ensure everything at the office runs smoothly.
Jimil.
Estimator.
With a Masters in Science and Civil Engineer, Jimil is a whizz at analyzing data, studying plans and handling software programs. Having experienced estimating with sub-contractors, Jimil has a robust understanding of the trades which supports him well in his role as estimator.
Angelo.
Estimator.
With an architectural background, Angelo has over 20 years of experience as an estimator in New York. His industry knowledge of rates and material costs ensure he accurately prices complex interior renovations.
Nikola.
Project Manager.
Nikola is an excellent communicator who understands how to bring the team together so that projects run smoothly. As a civil engineer, Nikola is organized and passionate about delivering precision with every project.
Richard.
Project Manager.
Richard has extensive experience in an array of management roles, both at architectural and construction companies. Richard works well under pressure, has an eye for details and is a highly organized project manager.

Sean is very attuned to the fast-paced environment of construction in New York City. As a project manager he is persistently dedicated to the needs of the project and very conscientious of planning ahead.
Cian.

Cian is a seasoned project manager with degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. At Klaracon he confidently runs the job site tapping into his expertise to make sure everything is moving smoothly and efficiently.

With over 16 year’s construction experience, Dan is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the industry. He has excellent supervision and communication skills and diligently ensures the pace on job sites is kept going.

Darwin joined Klaracon with 20 years experience as an estimator, so he is very attuned to how construction works in NYC. As an estimator Darwin is very accustomed to working on an array of projects including commercial space build outs, complicated interior renovations, tenant fit-outs, and multi-family renovations.
