Restoration of historic New York building

In 2024, Klaracon was recognized at the 34th Annual Lucy G. Moses Preservation Awards, with a preservation award for work completed on this 1880 neo-Grec mixed-use building in New York City’s Ladies Mile Historic District.

Project Overview

Klaracon was part of a team that completely restored the building’s original façade.

All the work was executed while ensuring the safe access to the building for commercial tenants and residents.
